At Jynexstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Process:

1. Contact us at contact@jynexstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exclusions:

Items damaged by misuse or accidental damage are not eligible.

Customized products are non-returnable.
